Subject: Venue stuff (sorry this is long)

Hi Dana,

Hope your week is going okay! I wanted to give you a quick update on the venue situation, although I realize this might not end up being that quick, so apologies in advance. So as you know we had been going back and forth with Harbor Hall for a while now, and I finally managed to get Priya on the phone yesterday afternoon after a few missed calls on both sides. The good news is that they can confirm us for March 12, which is the date we originally wanted, so that is a relief honestly. She also said they could do a walkthrough on March 3 if that works for us, which I think it should, but let me know if you have a conflict that day.

On the budget side, the final number they came back with is $4,200, which is a bit under what we had planned for, mostly because they agreed to waive the AV setup fee since we're bringing our own projector. That covers up to 85 guests, which is right around our current RSVP count, so we should be fine there unless a lot of late people sign up.

The last thing is the contract. They sent over a draft and I've read through it, nothing jumped out at me as weird, but I wanted to give you the chance to look before I sign anything. If I don't hear back I'm planning to send the signed contract back to them on Friday.
